About Us
Forgetful Lucy is an affectionate nickname given to me by my husband and children as a direct result of my chronic Lyme disease. I've battled chronic Lyme since 2003 and one of the many symptoms is severe brain fog and a seizure disorder which in turn has made me very forgetful. One of my favorite movies has a character named Lucy that had a traumatic brain injury and it resulted in her forgetfulness, and so my nickname was born after seeing it the first time lol! With chronic illness comes a sense of loosing oneself and with creations I have been able to find myself again, and the process has been incredibly healing!
